Stone Columns & Bowls

Bronze Columns - quarried in Eastern Washington, these columns range in size from 3' tall by 12" diameter up to 20'+ long by 36" in diameter. Typical weight is 160 lbs per cubic foot but can vary dramatically based on diameter.
Bronze bowls - these specimens range from 16" tall by 20" wide (560 lbs) to 48" tall x 30" wide (2000 + lbs).
The mineralized crust of this columnar material will range from a ruddy tan to a rich reddish bronze while the parent material is a deep black - occuring on the ends of the columns and any places where the crust is broken during the quarrying process.
Corbett columns - quarried in the Columbia Gorge - are a lighter color (gray-tan with gray parent material) and are more rectangular than Bronze columns which tend to be faceted with 5 or 6 sides.
