Steve was awesome to work with, he truly cares about his customers. Excellent communication and follow up. I work as a Quality Engineer and im impressed at the Quality and workmanship of my Kanjuji with wood window and the Rokkaku Yukimi Gata very nice pieces. The packaging to protect from damage is impressive and was far beyond my expectations, will definitely do business again....thanks Steve.

We received the lantern this afternoon - safe and sound. Very impressed with how thoroughly you packed both boxes for shipping! We put it together this evening for a dry run at placement in the garden. I really looks great and was exactly as we had hoped. Thanks for your help with this.
